5 out of 5 starsGreat quality. Plaid cloth on top of nylon dog collar. Strong metal hardware. The name info isn’t actually engraved, but painted. It looks great though.

Cool k9 Digs. Specializing in Medium to Large Breeds
Fido's Fashion Collars is a family owned and operated business, comprised of myself and my husband and of course the two fur babies that started it all.
We began our little business in 2007. That was the year of my wedding. We didn't have a lot of money to spend on a wedding since we just purchased a home so I thought I could try to make a few things myself, like table runners. How hard could that be? Not knowing how to sew, makes it a little bit of a challenge. My husband grew up watching his mother sew so he taught me the basics. I purchased my 99 dollar sewing machine and took a sewing class. I made my table runners and after the wedding my 99 dollar investment sat in a closet. A couple months later, we adopted our great pyrenees (Maggie). Being such a large dog, we had trouble finding cute collars in her size. There were tons of collars for small dogs, but nothing adorable for larger dogs. That was when I decided to dust off that sewing machine and attempt to make a dog collar. I watched tutorials and soon made my own dog collar. It was horrible! The stitching was not even close to straight and just messy. After doing more research and practice practice practice.....I finally achieved the result I wanted.
While taking my dog to training classes, the majority were large dogs and everyone loved my collars. That was when we began selling them. We started small and only purchased supplies from the profit I made when I sold a collar. So the business really took very little money to begin. That was when I found Etsy. I sold on Etsy for about 6 months before I got my own website. I didn't want all my eggs in one basket so to speak. Soon, we branched out and began selling Camera Straps (PhatStraps) and also laser engrave items like Yeti Cups/Cutting boards etc.
I am sad to say, we lost our sweet Maggie in 2019 at the age of 13 and her partner in crime Sam (slim shady) in 2020 at the age of 14. . I think about them often and because of them, we are now a corporation and put over 6000 of our products in people's homes annually between all of our selling venues. I love and miss my OG security team and the new security team has big shoes to fill. I'm sure Otis and Wilma will be up for the challenge.
