Shop policies

To help you understand things you need to know when purchasing from my shop, I am including a summary here. If there are any questions feel free to contact me. At present I am only shipping within the United States and Canada, but will consider other countries if requested. All payments, however, are only in US dollars.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Pay Pal and other major credit cards listed on the order page are accepted. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. Once payment has been received, the item will be prepared for shipment. A request to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours or placing the order. This may be extended if the order has not been mailed out yet.
Upon receipt of payment, the print will be shipped in a sturdy, flat envelope using priority mail. It is your responsibility to notify me if there is any damage or you do not receive the shipment.

A confirmation will be sent by email when the order has been received and on the day of shipping.

For people ordering outside of the United States and Canada, shipping charges will be assessed on an individual basis. Please contact me with the information I would need to establish the cost of shipping. Any fees beyond the shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given if the returned item is received within 2 weeks of the original shipment date from my shop. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the case where the item was damaged or lost in transit from my shop, a replacement item will be shipped. Where ever possible, the replacement will be as close to the original as possible. If you request a refund instead, your money will be refunded within a 3 week period after the report of a lost item, or after the return of the damaged item.
