Welcome to Fildee jewelry! I love to create handmade jewelry that can be worn everyday. Inspiration comes to me through the simple things in life which are often the most special.

Payment

Please pay for your purchases through Paypal as it is the only payment method I accept; you can use a credit card and purchase through Paypal without having a Paypal account.

If paid with an e-check, the order will be mailed once the e-check had cleared.

Please understand that I will not ship an order until you have paid for the item. Please make your payment within two days. If you do not pay within two days and I do not hear from you, I will cancel the transaction.

Shipping

I will ship orders 1-3 business days after your purchase. It will be sent under USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. If you have any shipping preferences please be sure to notify me or it will be mailed as stated.

PACKAGING:
Jewelry is carefully gift wrapped in a jewelry box and mailed in a bubble envelope.

ADDRESS:
Please check that your delivery address on etsy and paypal is correct and up to date.

INTERNATIONAL:
I do offer international shipping, but will not include insurance or tracking numbers because of the cost. Please understand that items may take 1-3 weeks to reach their destination. Also, please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs taxes or fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to me! Please contact me if there is a problem with your order within a week or two of receiving it.

If a considerable time elapses and you do not receive your package, please convo me and I will be happy to mail you a new item or give you a refund depending on what you would prefer.

I am willing to give refunds if you are unhappy with your purchase because the item is damaged or you consider it extremely different from what you hoped it would be. The returned amount will be the cost of the item minus the shipping and handling. Please send me a message if you are disappointed with anything before leaving feedback. I am more then willing to help.

REPAIRS:
Please handle your jewelry with care. If something does need repair, please contact me. I would be glad to help.

JEWELRY CARE:
Many of the items in my shop are made with gold filled and sterling silver which is very durable. However, please note that the brass, bronze, or gold plated items are more prone to darkening. To ensure a long-life, please remove jewelry when swimming, showering, etc. If brass items darken, they can be shined with lemon juice.

CUSTOM:
All jewelry can be made a custom length if you would like. Simply contact me and I would be glad to help you. If you would like something custom-made (i.e. different chain, bead, etc.), contact me and we can discuss what you have in mind.

WHOLESALE:
Many jewelry pieces in the shop are available for wholesale purchase. Contact me for more information.
