Returns and exchanges
I have a 7-day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and we can work out a refund or exchange. For a refund or exchange you will need to return the item in it's original packaging in the same condition it was sent. Refunds will be given minus delivery costs, when the item arrives with me.
Payment
Please note I will not ship any goods until payment has cleared.
The buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees.
Shipping
All my prints are shipped in a protective sleeve within a toughened cardboard folder.
All orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days of payment being received. Orders shipped within the UK will be sent First Class by Royal Mail.
All international orders will be sent by Airmail - please be aware that your package can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
