What if I have a problem with a plant?
If there are ANY issues at all with a plant, please message me with photos **within 24 hours** of your package arriving! If it is a packaging issue I take full responsibility for that. There are some things that are out of my control, such as shipping delays. I'm more than happy to talk about it and make my customers happy, but I need to see what is wrong and how I can prevent it in the future if possible! That requires pictures and a description of the issue!
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I am able to make a plant hanger in your choice of color and size to fit a pot you already have, or the length you need to fit a certain spot! Message me with any requests, please include color, pot diameter, and a precise length.
Care instructions
I put the care instructions for different plants in the listing description. In order to save paper I don't include a printed out version of the care instructions at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about how to care for a plant, feel free to message me! If there are any issues with a plant, if you could send me photos and what the issue seems to be and I will be more than happy to troubleshoot for you in order for you to best care for your plant!
