I'm a hobby hobbyist - I like to take on new hobbies to gain new skillsets. Back in March, I began doing simple woodworking cuts to make fun little pendants as gifts and presents. After a couple of weeks I had begun making a series of customs for friends and family, and in my spare time I would make some extra pendants.

Fin and Feather Design is where the extra pendants that I've created go to find their new forever home! It also serves as a small showcase to others when I am making customs.

The woods I use are generally reclaimed "exotic" woods. I am currently using olive wood, mahogany and teak, and eventually will begin incorporating purple heartwood, ironwood, etc, in limited quantities. Gems and minerals I use are hand picked from gem shows I attend.
