Megan uses her travels, design, and creative background to inspire Finch Finery's fun and individual style. In 2011, she began making items for herself, family, and close friends in Detroit, Michigan, but it quickly transformed from a casual hobby to a growing, independent business.

Megan works with feathers as her medium because of their light weight, natural, fashionable, and resilient qualities. Her accessories can be worn in a variety of ways: casually or formally, as a stand-out piece for a party, to show personality at work, or to complete a look for a thematic event.

The best part about Megan's job and her indie business is that she gets to collaborate with customers and vendors from all over the world. Finch Finery has shipped handmade items to all 50 states, 2 US territories, and over 45 countries. In addition to her own line of products that include: ear wraps, hair accessories, earrings, gemstone necklaces, and bracelets she also gets to dream up exclusive, and fun custom pieces!

It is Finch Finery's continued mission to ensure that feather products are acquired from cruelty-free and trusted vendors.

I also build this line with respect for individuality as the main intension for all of my jewelry creations.
