Announcement   Digging up "finds" at flea markets, yard sales, bazaars, and estate sales is great fun. There's only one problem: I can't keep it all!
No matter how odd an item is, there must be someone out there somewhere who needs it. Please look around and see if there's anything you just can't live without.

About

So much stuff -- so little space

Actually, I have a huge old two-story house so you'd think there was enough space for everything -- but not when you love "the thrill of the chase", pursuing treasures through markets and estate sales, often literally digging through old boxes and trunks.
Buying a lovely cherished antique and then reselling it is okay. But what really excites me is rescuing some abandoned treasure, cleaning up a lost and forgotten bit of history and shooing it along to a new home.
When too many "finds" follow me home it's time to part with some to make space so I can go out hunting for more.
Being retired is tough work but somebody's got to do it!

For years my life has been measured in earrings. It started one midnight in the French Quarter in New Orleans when, on a dare, I had my ears pierced. Each pair since then has a story, a friend, a place, a trip, an occasion.

Shop policies

Thanks for looking ! I try to find or make interesting things to offer. Most of my shopping is done at estate sales or at markets I discover while traveling. It truly pleases me when I can make someone happy with a "find".

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Paypal or direct checkout are the preferred method of payment but sometimes a check or money order is okay. And of course we accept Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
Almost everything, domestic or international, will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail because they pick up shipments at my home. Since I'm not willing to give up that convenience, I pay for it. Any shipping you're charged is less than it actually costs me.
Refunds and Exchanges
Vintage items are too varied for a "one size fits all" refund policy.
I try to describe each item accurately and buyers should read the descriptions, but we're all human so mistakes can happen. If for some reason you're disappointed, please contact me.
You may be able to return your purchase for a refund. If you want to keep the item we'll work out a partial refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
I firmly guarantee that I NEVER knowingly misrepresent new items as vintage!
My descriptions will be as accurate as I can possibly make them. Old things and materials can be difficult to identify. When there's any doubt I try to make it clear in the descriptions and photos.
