- SEPA bank transfer (formerly EU Standard Transfer):

There are two ways using bank transfer payments on Etsy:
1. Select the payment option "Other" and receive all necessary bank information in the order confirmation e-mail. 2. Click on "Sofort" bank transfer: you ́ll need to provide personal bank information to use this third party service through Etsy.

No additional bank fees will be charged using the IBAN and BIC in a bank transfer in Euro within the EU.
Note: For transfers other than SEPA or in another currency, bank fees may apply which have to be paid by the buyer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering at Etsy.

Our product are usually made to order and will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment.

You'll be notified as soon as the item is on it's way, please also check your spam folder.

To avoid long delivery times, we always use priority mail.

Delivery times according to Austrian postal service:
Austria: 1 - 2 business days
Worldwide: 5 - 10 business days

Please mind the customs and import regulations in your country. Possible fees have to be paid by the customer.

If you would like to order more of one item than is currently available, please contact us before purchasing and let us know your desired number of pieces. If it is possible for us to fulfill your requests, we'll list a corresponding item for you.

custom orders:
From almost all products we can offer variations in size, color and fabric. Please contact us before buying to find out if we can fulfill your requests and list a corresponding article for you.

gift package:
We can add a gift wrap for every article including a personalized greeting card from you. Just leave us a message in the field "note to Finderzeit" in your cart, where you can also add the text of your greeting! Please make sure to enter the delivery address accordingly.

All our items are made in a smoke and pet free environment.
