Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise indicated by the recipient when ordering. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Shipping charges are listed in the item description.
To ensure the safety of your order, your jewelry will be shipped in a gift box (let me know if you desire individual gift boxes) within a padded envelope. Send me a convo if you would like to add insurance to your order. The charges will be what USPS charges.
I make trips to the post office twice a week. For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the day your payment has cleared unless noted in item description. Custom orders (including length deviations) will be shipped by the date determined in convos.
Additional policies and FAQs
Care
To keep your lovelies clean and bright, store them in the re-sealable packaging, preferably in a dark place. For daily cleaning, use a jewelry-cleaning cloth or an old (but clean) t-shirt to gently buff the metal. Buff in one direction as a circular motion can result in scratches that will make future tarnishing more difficult to remove.
For already tarnished pieces, go for low-abrasive cleansers from your bathroom or kitchen. My favorite technique for metal pieces is to line a heat-resistant dish with aluminum foil, add some baking soda, and hot (not boiling) water. Place the jewelry in the dish, and the tarnish will disappear! Carefully remove the jewelry and rinse in water and pay dry.
Alternatively, you can directly apply a gentle bar soap, toothpaste, or baking soda. Avoiding any stones, rub in the cleanser with your thumb and forefinger or with a extra-soft baby toothbrush. Rinse well and pat dry.
