My goal is to provide excellent service and something you will love as much as I loved creating it! I try to be as accurate as possible in item photos and descriptions - please ask specific questions about an item prior to ordering so I can help with any concerns. Refunds are generally not available due to misunderstanding of item offered in listing, so please read the description carefully prior to purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged in some way, please contact me immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.


★DAMAGED ITEMS★
Every precaution is taken to ensure items reach you as lovely as they were when I packed them. Sometimes, however, prints get bent in transit despite written requests on packing. I cannot be responsible for the handling once it leaves my hands, but if you would like to add insurance to your shipment let me know prior to purchase.

Please check the mailing address on your account as I can't prevent lost shipments if the information is incorrect.


★CUSTOM★
Custom items are not eligible for a refund. I want you to be happy with your purchase, however, so please contact me within 3 days if you have a concern or issue with your order. Any exchanges or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Gallery wraps are completely custom, made-to-order items and therefore not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.

★ PLEASE NOTE ★
I begin working on canvas wraps, pillows and totes when I receive your order. These are print-to-order items and therefore considered custom. There are no refunds on custom orders except in the case of manufacturer defect, so please contact me with questions or concerns as soon as possible.

★SHIPPING★
Prints are typically shipped within 5-7 days of payment and should arrive within 2 weeks. Due to delays and customs, international orders may take several weeks to reach you after item has shipped.

Items ship to the address listed on Etsy checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If your purchase is to be a gift you can provide those details in the "Message to Seller" box.



★CANVAS WRAPS - CUSTOM ORDERS - PILLOWS - TOTES★
May take up to two weeks to produce - canvas wraps may take up to three. Please be patient knowing your order is being made specifically for you!

Canvas orders may ship directly from my print lab to reduce risk of damage, and therefore cannot be sent to PO Box addresses. At this time I do not offer international shipping on gallery wraps.



★INTERNATIONAL ORDERS★
I'm happy to send my art worldwide, but please note that international customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

If you request custom sizing for a photo, please note that cropping may result in a slightly different picture than the one you have viewed online. I protect the integrity of the image when cropping, but please let me know if you would like a preview prior to purchase.

Computer screens differ and the colors on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. Also, any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way on purpose.
