About

Welcome! Our goal is to provide great quality pottery combined with great service.

I have been working as a potter, creating and selling pottery, for over thirty-eight years. I have a passion for creating original high quality work. When studying ceramics in college, I traveled the west, attending universities in Kansas, Utah and Washington state.
With my husband Chris, I live in the mountains of central Pennsylvania, close to State College, the home of Penn State University.
We live in a renovated 1860 Victorian farmhouse on three acres, with my studio on the property. There are never ending woods behind us, and we are surrounded by mountains, wildlife and natural beauty. Many of my designs exhibit reflections of the nature and simplicity around us.
If you have seen my work at art shows, you will notice that my etsy shop does not contain the majority of my body of work. Since most of those pieces are very individualized, I cannot photograph and list them.
However, I am continually trying to add more work to my etsy shop. Please stop back every so often, there may be something new listed.

I hope that you enjoy your visit to my etsy shop,
Judy Rohrbaugh

Payment
Etsy keeps your payment information secure, as a seller, I never receive your credit card information.
If you are paying by check, I will ship as soon as your check clears.
Shipping
Shipping is done as cost effective and as reliably as possible.
I refund any shipping costs that amount to over $2.00 if there is an overcharge.
Also, when you purchase more than one item, shipping costs less on your second item.
Your pottery should be shipped within about 24 hours of me receiving payment. Monday-Friday, I try to ship the next day.
I am shipping by US Post Office, Priority Mail. Packages have been arriving reasonably quickly for my customers.
I have shipped many pots, and I am very careful. I use a large box and lots of packing material, and your pot will be packed very well. However, if something would happen, please contact me immediately. I want you to be a satisfied customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a problem with your purchase, I will make a refund for you. I only ask that you convo me first, and we can arrange for you to send the pot back to me asap. In the rare event that a package would arrive damaged, please save the piece as well as all of the shipping material and contact me immediately. I will call the shipper and handle it.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, and to fulfill your order.

I have sold lots of pots to customers in person, mainly at outdoor art shows, so I welcome and love communication with my customers. Even if you are "just looking," feel free to convo or e-mail me with any questions!
