Thank you for visiting my store. I would be happy to work with you on any custom orders. Feel free to convo me with any requests.

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
Payment
I accept PayPal, or Money orders, or checks for your shopping convenience. Please notify me within 3 business days of placing an order, so I would be able to prepare the right packaging.
I expect payment to be sent within 5 days of purchase (I will allow 10 days for checks and money orders to arrive) or the sale will be canceled and negative feedback left.

Note to PayPal buyers: You must click on the lime green "Pay by PayPal" button when you purchase an item, this will take you to the PayPal site, where you can log in and pay.
Etsy does not do this automatically.
If you pay by eCheck or personal check, I will wait for it to clear before shipping.
PayPal is my prefered method of payment. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Contact me if you need help doing this. If you would like to request an alternate method, convo me and I'll see what I can work out for you.
Shipping
I ship via UPS or USPS.
International Customers should contact me prior to purchasing an item for specific shipping information. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Handling time will not exceed 7 business days, unless specified otherwise in a listing.
As far as I can not be responsible for accuracy of delivery carriers,
Insurance is strongly encouraged, and carries a cost dependent on the order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be returned within seven calendar days of purchase only with specified reason.
Every reason for return or exchange has to be discussed before placing an order.
Custom Orders are not refundable.
All Embroidered Art is not refundable.
All Suede Items carefully handled with extreme caution to preserve from any kind of spots, or tear damage.
Any delicate or minor damage or any small spot (parfume, oil, lipstick, grease, etc.) - is not the reason for return.

Besides any of the above a full refund will be granted. (minus Shipping and Handling fees, Etsy's fees, Pay Pal's fees).
You should provide the item in the exact same condition as it was shipped in.
