Welcome to Fine Essentials!
I want my customers to be happy with whatever they decide to purchase from me. Foremostly I want to be approachable. I always welcome open communications. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Any helpful suggestions and comments are welcomed too. Selling on Etsy has been a real learning curve and for the most part a positive one. I hope that you find something you'll fall in love with in my Fine Essentials shop, and that you will have a look in all 4 of my shops on Etsy.

Payment
I accept paypal as payment. As soon as a sale is noted, a message will be sent with sincere thanks. A follow up message is sent when the package with your order has been sent out in the postal system. If purchase date is near or on a weekend and it is not a custom order, expect it to ship on the Monday after that weekend. I always will keep buyer's updated as to the status of their order.

*Note: If you have made a purchase from me and have delayed finishing the payment process for whatever reason, I will be in contact with you over a 3 day period to try to rectify the situation. After 3 days I will have to notify Etsy as to a Cancelled sale and relist the item. It will be available for repurchase if you still want the item.
Shipping
I ship as soon as I can get the order together in a reasonable amount of time. Items that are premade and ready to ship will go out as soon as I confirm that the paypal payment is completed. If purchase date is near or on a weekend and it is not a custom order, expect it to ship on the Monday after that weekend. However custom orders require time for construction, but I will always be in contact with messages of updates as is necessary.

*I ship Basic Rate Canada Postage and PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS (14 days) TO 3 WEEKS (21 DAYS) for parcels to arrive. Occassionally I use Paypal shipping method which states 4-6 days and though that would be terrific, it is a USA based quote and not a Canada Post reality. Please contact me if you would like to add extra postage to ensure speedier delivery. I am very approachable and if you have any concerns as to delays in shipping with regards to Canada Post and the Customs process, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss the status of your parcel.

If there are ANY problems after a parcel leaves my hands, please contact me prior to leaving feedback. My feedback is extremely important to me and so is my customer's satisfaction.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each individual order is very important to me. Please contact me at ANY time you feel you need to. I am very approachable and very proud of my commitment to my customers. I will work through any problems if they may arise, LEAVING ME NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK FIRST is not a solution if a problem arises. PLEASE CONTACT ME so that I am made aware of a problem & I will do everything I can to make you a happy returning customer. I am also an etsy customer on occassion and I understand how important excellent customer service is. A SELLER CANNOT FIX THINGS THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT and leaving Negative or Neutral Feedback BEFORE communicating with the seller shows all sellers that a buyer is a red flag issue. Please be respectful and contact sellers prior to leaving feedback if there are any problems at all. Try to think the best of people first. Thank you! :-)
