Returns and exchanges
Fiona Loves Ben products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods, with sales tickets attached in an un-used and re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for returning their unwanted Fiona Loves Ben product(s) by a sign for/signature service. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product(s) minus returning P&P charges.
If in the unlikely case you receive a faulty Fiona Loves Ben product it can be returned and immediately replaced within 30 days. If your purchase is faulty and a one off design then a refund or exchange is available.
We advise customers to study the product descriptions before placing an order.
No refunds are offered when ordering a commission Fiona Loves Ben item due to the amount of design time entailed. 50% payment has to be received before design and making will commence.
i accept paypal for payments from everyone, but will also accept cheques from U.K citizens. once payments are cleared the order will be processed and posted.
If I am making a special order then payment will be needed in the following way: 50% deposit on the day of agreement of design and 50% when the product is ready to be posted.if you decide you do not wish your special order after the deposit has been paid, your 50% will not be refundable
i am happy to ship to every where! Shipping now includes insurance and tracking, to ensure that you item is received in immaculate condition, and in the case of loss or damage we are both insured!
although i have included shipping prices they are reasonably low as they do not require a signature upon arrival, i know how annoying this can be waiting around for a parcel! how ever if you would like your order to be insured and tracked please request this, as this can be arranged but shipping expenses will be slightly more!
also if you want your garments before christmas the last postage day is the 10th of December to every where besides the U.K. The last postage day for chistmas to the U.K is the 15th of December.
