Will the jewelry be gift wrapped?
All jewelry comes in a beautiful gift box wrapped with a ribbon, ready for gift giving. If you'd like I can also include a gift message and ship directly to the recipient!
I would like the chain to be longer/shorter, can you help?
Yes, I will adjust the length of the chain for you free of charge. Just leave me a note at the time of purchase.
How do I send a sound wave for the personalized sound wave jewelry?
You can take a screenshot of the sound wave, or you can send me the audio file and I'll use a piece of software to generate the image of the sound wave.
At the time of purchase you can send the file to fiorejewellery@gmail.com with the order number in the subject line.
How can I keep my jewelry piece looking its best?
Take the piece of jewelry off before showering, swimming or cleaning as well as when putting on make-up or using creams and perfumes, as these chemicals can tarnish the piece and cause corrosion.
