Announcement    I make one of a kind pieces for those who love the unique. Infusing the rugged beauty of my Montana surroundings into unusual stone jewelry so you can show your artistic style is my goal!

I do accept layaway if a piece has grabbed your heart! Check my payment policies for terms. Short version...20% down and paid off in 1-2 months depending on total. You would need to request it so I can make a special listing adjustment.

I have an Instagram feed that will show things already done but might not be listed yet so feel free to inquire if something catches your eye! Just use the comment symbol to leave a message and I can add the listing to my Etsy store for purchase.

The new pieces feature beautiful Boulder Opals and other stones set in Silver and accented with 14 kt Gold. Some of the rings are blackened silver for heightened contrast. I've also made new earrings and pendants. Remember to come back and check out the new work and maybe find something special!

A selection of pieces are available at Cello Design Gallery on Main Street in Bozeman, MT and The Frame Hut in Billings, MT. The one of a kind stone pieces are only in the Etsy store or at one of my shows.

I also sell locally at arts and crafts shows so some things that I've listed may disappear as they are sold. My website is FischerDesignJewelry.com (a link brings you to Etsy where you can purchase). There is a sign up mail list available on that site if you would like to stay informed on what I have coming up. I will use that list to inform you about new listings on both sites as well as shows in your area and any sales I might be having.

Most of my work is one of a kind or limited in numbers. I am an artist that makes what I am inspired to work on and that is usually new things so when something is gone it might be forever! Thanks so much for looking.

Jewelry as Unique as you are!

For over two decades I have been looking at stones and metal and figuring out the best way to make them look their best. My goal is to create things you will enjoy wearing that also convey your unique style. An artistic timelessness represents my work with many pieces still being worn and appreciated by their owners regardless of the decade they were acquired.

Since childhood I have dreamed of leaving the prairies of North Dakota for the mountains of the West. The Beartooth foothills have been my inspiration since the early 80s when I moved to Montana. My jewelry reflects this rugged but beautiful landscape. Hammered surfaces, the play of different metals, and the presence of special stones try to capture a piece of its essence.

The work is hand-fabricated in silvers, golds and copper. My process involves experimenting with the original idea, adding texture and unusual elements until I get a design that is 'different' and interesting. I enjoy creating each of these one-of-a-kind objects for those who love wearing art!

I attended NDSU in Fargo and Concordia College in St. Paul, MN where I received a liberal arts degree. I have learned the art of metalsmithing through hands-on experience and books. Being blessed with creativity and having a wonderful, supportive husband has allowed me to make unusual pieces for all of you who choose handmade jewelry to make your own artistic statement.

Thank you for visiting my shop! My goal is to create things you will enjoy wearing that also convey your unique style.

I design and make every piece in my studio in Montana. The work is hand fabricated in silvers, golds and copper. The Beartooth foothills have been my inspiration since the early 80's when I was able to move to my childhood dream location from the prairies of North Dakota. My jewelry reflects this rugged but beautiful landscape. Hammered & patterned surfaces, the play of different metal colors and the presence of special stones try to capture a piece of its essence.

An artistic timelessness represents my work with many pieces still being worn and appreciated by their owners regardless of the decade they were acquired. I make unusual pieces for all who choose handmade jewelry to make their own artistic statement. I hope you will find something special that brings a smile to your face and confidence to your day!
