I love these gyotaku paintings and have now purchased three from Barry. They frame perfectly, look so professional, and he makes them "just so". If you like the ones at Bonefish Grill, you'll like these even more. I hope he goes to the Gulf soon so we can get some made from fish from there!

About

The lake and shore are my inspiration!

Everyone calls me Barry. Over 45 years ago at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh I met great teachers like Fran Ford, Tom Helwig and John Johns. Then I had a career in advertising and the printing industry. For many years I worked for a greeting card company. Today my three kids are grown and on their own. I am now a husband, father, grandfather, artist, teacher, fisherman, gardener, friend, and a person who really cares about my faithful art customers.
Along with quality prints of my paintings, you will find ORIGINALS and fish rubbings or GYOTAKU as they are called.
. My studio is smoke and pet free. Thank you for visiting and good luck to you!
