HOW DOES THE BOOKING SCHEDULE WORK: Orders are booked/reserved by your requested date that you select on your order form. So many orders come in all at once that my schedule continues to fill up faster than I can paint the glasses! The time frame "6-8 weeks" is simply an estimate for the SOONEST an order could arrive depening on my booking schedule. When a buyer is making their purchase I am currently working on orders that were placed 8 weeks beforehand. And so the cycle goes on and on!
When the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from stamps.com with tracking information (2-3day Priority Mail).
PLAN AHEAD: Please take your time with deciding HOW MANY glasses you would like to order. The number of glasses in your order plays a big role in when they are fit into the booking schedule. If a couple of weeks later you realize that you would like to add more, please contact me to see if I can add them. If I can fit them in then you will be able to purchase a special listing in my shop that includes a processing fee of $10/glass in order to add them.
CUSTOM PRODUCT: All pieces are created by hand, so no two glasses are perfectly identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the sampled photos. Take a careful look at the sample photos to notice that each females and males face is done pretty much the same (dots for eyes, lips and eyebrows). These are not custom portraits to truly resemble little face details, they are more "CARTOON PORTRAITS".
I welcome all custom and personalizing ideas with the permission to have artistic freedom with my style and flair. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for SPECIFIC DETAILS* that they want incuded in their CUSTOM ORDER (i.e. colors, photos, names, dress styles).
PLEASE NOT: Our PLOICIES are requested to be reviewed upon every purchase. By purchasing you have agreed with our policies. *There is not anything we are responsible for if the buyer simply "does not like how the custom order turned out". This is how the custom process works. Samples of other orders are viewed, your custom details are provided and the custom creation begins!
*If I cannot tell from a picture that a person is a dark blonde or light brunette or how long their hair is, I will have to make the best judgement call. If you send a photo with someone wearing a hat, I will guess what their hairstyle looks like. If I do not have information on the details of formal wear I will do my basic design of strapless dresses and black tuxes with the wedding colors provided.
MY DESIGN: The CUSTOM CARTOON/CHARACTER PORTRAITS are designed
from either your PHOTOS or DESCRIPTIONS, so please understand that I create each piece from what details you have provided. Please view the faces of my sampled pieces and you will note that they ARE CARTOONS (dots for eyes and the faces are all the same). I use the provided photos for the HAIRSTYLE (length), HAIR COLOR and major SKIN TONE difference ONLY! Everyone's face will technically look the same, but they will stand out from eachother by their hair style. Please note that I do not paint the eye colors. I am able to add certain types of facial har and glasses.
GLASSWARE OPTIONS: I am able to offer many different "TYPES" of glassware for you to mix and match with for each order. I offer a wine glass (used for both red or white), beer pilsner (tall), beer pint , beer mug (only for small orders), water pint, water goblet, martini, lowball (short) and champagne glasses. These options can be selected on the order form you use to provide your custom details. PLEASE NOTE: due to the high demand of orders all year I have many different "STYLES" of each type of glassware. For example, I have a couple of suppliers for BEER PILSNER glasses and I don't have control over what STYLE I use at what time. It mainly is by what is available. Due to this, buyers are unable to have a preference of what "STYLE" glass they can have with their order.
A note on feedback!
If ANYTHING about your transaction with us is not satisfactory, please contact us BEFORE leaving Negative or Neutral feedback. We can only assist you if you contact us FIRST and give us a fair chance to "fix" any problems. Buyers and Sellers leaving negatives for each other before they speak to one another accomplishes NOTHING. We are an honest seller doing business for over 3 years and truly believe we do not ever deserve a negative because we will ALWAYS work out a problem with you!

CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel an order within 3 days of your payment you will be refunded 100% of your total. If you cancel an order within 15 days of your payment you will be refunded 80% of your total (20% cancellation fee). If you cancel an order after 15 days of your payment you will be refunded 50% of your total (50% cancellation fee). You may NOT CANCEL an order after 30 days.
READY-TO-SHIP: You may cancel your ready-to-ship order within 24 hours of payment to receive a complete refund. If you cancel within 3 days of your purchase, you can receive 50 percent of the purchase price. We do not refund any ready-to-ship orders after 3 days from the purchase date.

Care Instructions: Each hand-painted piece is like art on glass so the more you would like it to last it is recommended to hand wash them with care. Each glass has been baked and are washable, but every dishwasher is different, so we do not recommend washing them in the dishwasher. Please be sure to take extra care of it, as it is a piece of art, and needs to be hand-washed. *If you wash your glassware in the dishwasher, it's at your own risk. We are not liable for glassware ruined in your dishwasher.
PLEASE NOTE: Glasses may need to be lightly wiped or washed after they arrive. Glassware is handled quite a bit during the painting, baking, and shipping process. You probably would wash your dish set from the china store first too :)
Since our work is done on glass, it is sometimes the case that during your night of excitement, a glass may accidentally break. We're always happy to remake your glass if needed, however, please keep in mind that we may not be able to replicate your original glass exactly. If a glass is unfortunately broken, please inquire at fizzyartist [!at] gmail.com and we can do our best to work with you and replace the glass at the cost of $35/ glass. We will do our best to get them out to you in a timely fashion, however there will be orders that take priority before remakes. We appreciate your patience in this process!
