Do you host workshops?
Yes! We run creative workshops, where you can learn to craft unique pieces in a fun, hands-on environment. If you're interested in joining a session, check out our latest workshop offerings or message us for more details.
Are the moulds handmade by FKFY Studio?
Yes, to create these moulds, we draw and illustrate all of the shapes before laser-cutting the acrylic master mould that will be used to create those moulds.
Return policy
We accept returns for change of mind. Send us a message beforehand, and we'll give you with the return address. Please note that your item must be brand new and unused (we do not accept returns on used moulds). It must be in the same condition as when you received
You have 14 days from the date you got an item to return it. We will instantly grant you a refund after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please keep in mind that postage is non-refundable, and you will also be liable for the cost of return shipping, as well as any lost or damaged parcel issues.
Refund policy
We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to an error on our behalf. Please note, minor imperfections such as slight scratches do not count as a fault in the product.
If you intend to apply for a refund, please take an image of the defective product and send it to us. Once we approve the item, we'll provide you with the option of a replacement item or a full refund. Please note, we might ask you to post the faulty item back to us, but we'll cover the return shipping cost.
How long will it take for the pre-order items?
The production time for pre-order items is around two weeks. We'll post the pre-order items as soon as they're ready. If it takes more than two weeks, we'll ship your order in two batches.
