Absolutely great piece of Fluff-Detail. Design is great, diverse and crisp. Printingquality is so high, i actually had to get magnifiers to confirm its a print and not cast. The female heads are smaller than their male counterparts whilst the facial proportions (distance between eyes, eyes and nose etc.) remain the same afaict. Whilst this is a nice detail and makes them even more feminine in appearence on a subcontious level, it also makes them pritty much only fitting to the "Foot Company", since most higher ranking troops also have slightly bulkier heads than the Company. Putting the female head on those gives them that distinct "Space Boy" look. The male Tempest Eye heads are fine even though still a bit more delicate than the original ones.
