hello there

Hi there! I'm Kate Gabrielle. I'm a self-taught artist/designer and everything you see in my shop started out in life as an idea that I scribbled in my note pad. When I'm not drawing or designing fun accessories, I enjoy watching reruns of The X-Files, feeding my insatiable appetite for classic movies, reading books about the Middle Ages (Black Death, anyone?) and debating what year to visit when someone finally invents a time machine. Definitely not 1348.

A little note about my designs:

Everything in my shop was illustrated by me. I sell my designs in this shop, in my other etsy shop, sweetandlovely.etsy.com, and on my website, kategabrielle.com. I have had a lot of issues with people selling counterfeits of my artwork so please be aware that these are the only places where you can find official merchandise from me. » Domestic shipping
I pride myself on taking my time and making sure that you receive a quality handmade item. All of my products are made to order and typically ship within 1-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail, which takes on average 2-10 days for domestic delivery.

» International shipping
International delivery can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when you order! Standard International shipping does not include tracking. If you want tracking, you can choose to upgrade your shipping at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. I am not responsible for customs fees incurred at delivery.

» Cancellation policy
I do not accept cancellation requests.

» Refunds and Returns
Every item that we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if you find that your item is defective or damaged within 14 days, you may return the item within 21 days of delivery in exchange for either a replacement item or store credit. Please note that returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged merchandise, and that the shipping fee is not refundable. Since t-shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns if you buy two sizes of a t-shirt to see which one will fit. Please consult our t-shirt size chart featured in every t-shirt listing before purchasing.

If you need to make a return, please contact our customer service team and they will respond with return instructions. Please ensure that all shipping address information is correct at checkout, as packages returned to us by the postal carrier due to an insufficient address are subject to a shipping fee for the repeated shipping and handling.

Custom orders are not returnable.

» Redundant disclaimers!
Colors may differ slightly from photos due to different computer monitor settings. None of my products are waterproof. Getting them wet is not advised, nor is dunking them in water, swimming with them, or bringing them in the bathtub. I do not advise holding my products close to an open flame. If you hold any of my products directly over a flame, they will probably catch on fire. If you put my pendants on the street and run over them with a truck, they will most likely flatten. Finally, none of my products are safe for human consumption.

» Pendant chains
My pendants do not come with chains. The openings on the pendants are 2mm, so chains with a 1.5mm thickness are ideal. These for example: https://www.etsy.com/listing/191800264

» Custom orders
If you order a personalized/custom print set or pendant set and do not include specifications for customization, I will mail your order as it looks in the product listing without any changes. If you leave confusing customization details (ie. giving me an eye color on a product where that's not an option or saying "olive skin tone" when my only options are white, light, and dark) I will send whatever is closest from my customization chart. Any issues like this can be avoided if you simply read the item descriptions and look at my customization charts.

» Wholesale
I do sell wholesale. For rates and minimum orders please contact me through my website at kategabrielle.com. You cannot resell my items on etsy.

Coupons are not applicable on previous orders, custom orders, wholesale orders, rush orders, or original paintings/drawings. Only one coupon per order.
