We typically process orders in 1-3 business days though it may occasionally take longer. If you need something urgently please contact us regarding our rush fee to move your order to the front of the line! More info about our rush order fee is located below.

If there's any question about your order we'll contact you via Etsy convos twice to try and resolve it. If there's no response we'll ship on the third day after we contact you.

{WHOLESALE} Wholesale discounts are always available in our shop! Please feel free to either use one of the codes below or convo us for a custom listing. IF WE SET UP A LISTING INCLUDING A DISCOUNT YOU CANNOT USE ANY COUPON CODES OR WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER!

For 30 non-elastic items and more we discount 20% from the item total (not applicable for already discounted items). For a non-elastic order just send us a convo and we can create a custom listing for you.

For elastics or a mix of products we use the following method:
$50-$100 of products will receive 10% off with code 10PERCENT
$100-$200 of products will receive 15% off with code 15PERCENT
$200+ of products will receive 20% off with code 20PERCENT

When we set up a reserved listing, (if we haven't discussed this ahead of time), if its not purchased within 2 days of being set up we will cancel it and return the items to our available inventory. Unfortunately we've had a number of folks wait several weeks to check out, and it makes it very hard to manage our inventory. If you need a custom order several weeks out please just check with us first that we can hold those items!

{RUSH ORDERS} We don't see notes to seller until we print orders to process, so if you need something ASAP please check with us first. We ship orders in the order they are received. If you need a rush order there is a $15 rush order fee. Convo us and we'll invoice you this rush fee. Your order will ship within 24 hours of payment of that fee. If for any reason we can't ship within 24 hours of payment of the fee we will let you know and refund the fee! Unfortunately we're getting so many rush requests every day that its becoming unfair to those who placed orders earlier. Please understand that we do try to ship as quickly as we possibly can, but to guarantee earlier processing you'll need to do an official rush order.

NEW AS OF AUGUST 2014: We now get super discounted rates through FedEx for fast international shipping. For $25-$35 we can ship up to five pounds very quickly! Please consider this and let us know if you'd like us to ship this way!

We're getting a lot of requests about international package tracking. Please read our policies on international shipping and consider contacting us to register the package or pay for priority or express if you need it immediately. The AVERAGE shipping time internationally ranges anywhere from 2-6 WEEKS and can take longer, with no tracking available unless you opt for FedEx or UPS (which is extremely expensive). Please contact us before placing an international order if you are NOT OK with this. WE WILL NOT REPLACE international packages if you don't pay for tracking via FedEx or UPS. We also cannot track international packages unfortunately....I get lots of requests for tracking so just to be clear international packages carry NO TRACKING unless you request FedEx shipment. We cannot see it once it leaves our office.That being said, you can see from our feedback we try very hard to have happy customers, and we'll do as much as we possibly can to help locate a missing package.

We always leave feedback but please be patient with us, I usually go and complete a bunch at one time, once or twice a week. Regarding YOUR feedback we love to hear it! You can see by our score we have excellent feedback with minimal neutrals and negatives. Of course you can't make everyone happy but please contact us if you are thinking of leaving a neutral or negative feedback about our products. We will always do anything we can to make a situation right if you are not happy with your transaction! Just let us know so we can try to make it better!
