Will your video games work on my console?
It depends on your system's region. Here's the breakdown:
PAL: Used in Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia (most of our games are PAL).
NTSC: Used in North America and Japan.
Region-Free: Works worldwide on compatible consoles.
Check your console's compatibility before purchasing. We’re happy to clarify details if needed!
Are your DVDs compatible with my player?
DVDs have regional restrictions. Here's a quick guide to help:
Region 1: North America (USA/Canada)
Region 2: Europe, UK, Japan, Middle East (most of what we sell!)
Region Free: Plays anywhere.

Do I need to pay import duties or taxes if I'm in the U.S.?
Yes. Due to new U.S. customs rules (effective August 29, 2025), all shipments must be fully declared and may incur import duties or taxes, regardless of value. FedEx will contact you if payment is required before delivery. I legally must declare the accurate item value and description and cannot mark items as gifts or lower their value. Duties typically range from 5‑15% of the declared value, plus a FedEx advancement fee. These charges are assessed by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
