Love the typewriter. Sorry for leaving feedback so late. I'm planning my daughters wedding and haven't been on the Internet for awhile. great seller. Packaged berry well.

Payment
We accept Paypal as our main form of payment. You can pay through Paypal with a major credit card, even if you don't have an account with them! We also occasionally take money orders for special circumstances...
We expect payment directly after ordering an item. If you want an item and can't pay for it right then, we will be happy to reserve it for you for 48 hours, just contact us! However, if you reserve an item, please be sure you want to buy it :)
Shipping
We ship most of our small to medium items via USPS Priority Mail. Some of our larger or heavier items we ship via Parcel Post - We will notify you of the shipping option when you order the item, or you can always contact us to ask and/or to request shipping insurance or an expedited shipping method.
We love international customers - They make up a huge element of our customer base both at Float Vintage and our sister store. Please contact us for shipping rates and policies if you are international - Some items are too heavy/fragile/etc. to be shipped overseas, but we will try to make it work if we can! Our items almost always include delivery confirmation, but not insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
Total refunds are available when we have grossly misrepresented an item (which hasn't happened yet)! or an item was damaged during transit due to poor packaging or another mistake on our part. Partial refunds are also available in special circumstances (discrepancy in condition, etc.) but for most circumstances we do offer exchanges or store credit. We must be contacted within 3 days of you receiving the item in order to accept the return, and the item must come back to us in the condition that it left us in :) We always try and work with our customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase! In most instances, when both parties are honest we can always come to a happy resolution!
Additional policies and FAQs
A word on vintage condition - We try as much as possible to reflect the true condition of an item when we list it. If we find any major or noticeable flaws or condition issues, we add them to the listing. However, vintage items always have some level of wear and tear due to their age. Unless an item is new/old stock (never been used), there are going to be some signs of it's age. If you are new to buying vintage, please be aware of this. If you are particularly concerned about having an item in perfect condition, please contact us and we can give you all the info you need!
