Working with Nicole was quite an adventure, and unfortunately did not end well. I received the necklace and tried it on with my dress; it didn't work. Nicole was great about letting me return it in exchange for a hair piece she had that I thought would work better. Then...a week went by. Two weeks went by. I wrote her asking about it, and she said that the one I wanted looked a little worn out, and she wanted to send me a new one. Great, no problem. Then the week of my wedding arrives, and there's no word from her. I send her a letter again, and she simply says that the one she was going to send me didn't have the right colors and she didn't think I'd like it. She promptly refunded me, but left me completely high and dry days before my wedding. Obviously a hair piece won't ruin or make your wedding day, but I would have appreciated her keeping me in the loop a bit more. n nThat said, her pieces are beautiful. I just wish she had been more communicative with me throughout the process.

Everything was completed in a timely fashion and absolutely to my style. Nicole was very open to suggestion and created a unique look that I will love forever. Absolutely amazing!
