Returns are accepted for: incorrect color, size, and must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Please make your decision carefully because there is a restocking fee.
We are a very small company and we are very careful about preparing our orders. A restocking fee or 20% compensates us for the handling of your customized returned hat.
Often people order a hat as a gift and don't know the correct size. We are ONLY responsible for head size that you request.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
