The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Please contact me if you do not receive your order. As I am based in the UK, US and other international customers may find it takes up to three weeks for their parcel to arrive. I can send your parcel by priority mail if you would prefer to receive it sooner (just convo me to have separate postage listing set up).

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, do contact me. I am happy to offer either a refund, following receipt of the returned order, or a replacement.
