Welcome to my tiny corner of Etsy :)

Hi there! I'm Rebekah and I am the owner and creator of Florologie. I never intended to become a floral designer, but it was one of those good things that just happened through a series of natural next steps. I made one flower garland and I found myself making alternative floral products, and then after a couple years, it made sense to become a floral designer for weddings + events! I am not the least bit sad it happened. I've always been a creative maker at heart (although I have a degree in Economics... How did that happen?) and Florologie is the unleashing of my creativity. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I am happy to refund items as long as the buyer will pay return shipping. Please ship the item in the original packing, cushioned safely in the paper I shipped it in. Once I receive the undamaged item, the item cost will be refunded.
Payment
I accept payments from Paypal and major credit carriers, as well as Etsy gift cards.

 For buyers in the state of Georgia, I am required to charge a sales tax based on the part of Georgia in which you live. The cost will be an additional 8% of the purchase price + shipping price. If a coupon code is used, the tax will be the percentage of the discounted price + shipping price. The sales tax will automatically be added when Georgia buyers are in the payment process.
Shipping
I believe in recycling, and I do reuse shipping materials as often as possible!

Items that are already made will be shipped within a week of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated in my shop announcement.



I ship to the United States via USPS first class mail or priority mail, and to the rest of the world via USPS first class international. The wait for international shipping is 2-6 weeks, and all shipments will receive tracking numbers. The package will not be tracked after it leaves the U.S. until it enters the destination country, unless it is shipped via Priority Mail.

I cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in customs. Buyers are responsible for any extra fees, such as import duties, that customs may charge once the item enters you country.

For international orders, I will need the address to have a first and last name, and I will need the address to be translated into English. Including an address in the native language is also helpful. I will also need the buyer's phone number, which is for the people in customs to be able to contact you if there are issues once the item has made it into your country. I will not be able to ship the item until I have this information.



I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but I will insure the item upon request, which will add to the shipping cost.

 This request needs to be made BEFORE purchasing.

I also will be happy to ship an item as a gift. I will just need the address of the receiver! I can also include a note from the giver if I am told what to say.
