What I am also very happy about is when you reply to my mails. Very rarely, but it happens, I already have a question.
Then it is of great advantage if a timely communication takes place.
Therefore, my request: If you have placed an order with me, please always check your mailbox again every day.
95% of the orders have to arrive at very short notice because the wedding is just around the corner. Therefore, it is important to communicate quickly.

And because I am very old-fashioned, I appreciate the words PLEASE and THANK YOU!
A widely underestimated vocabulary that is used only too rarely.

I run this shop all by myself. From the purchase of materials to the production and photography to the listing of the articles, to the sale and shipping. And all the administrative effort that a business entails.
I make the accessory by hand and put a lot of love into it.
I also answer your letters personally and I take care of your concerns just as lovingly and immediately, no matter what kind.

Otherwise, I would like to thank all customers for their trust in my work.
For the kind words that reach me in part. To those who express their gratitude that I will get in touch as soon as possible on the weekend and try to solve any problems.
Or because in a night shift I still process a shortly before just before sent order. It is because of this gratitude that my work is so much fun.

Why I ask you to buy only the accessories in my shop that you would like to have:
It is a great pity if I receive the goods back and then can no longer resell them for hygienic reasons or because of improper packaging when returning.
This means that not only valuable raw materials end up in the garbage, but also a lot of working time and money. Dried flowers and preserved flowers/green material are not in the inexpensive category when shopping. Thus, this also means a financial loss that is not sustainable for a small company in the long run.
That's why I can't provide a selection of accessories to try on.
It goes without saying that an accessory does not really fit the bridal hairstyle or that the fascination when unpacking is missing.
I always give 100%. But if something is not as you imagined it or the accessory is not delivered as we both would like, then contact me and we discuss the return conditions, which you can also read in my terms and conditions.
