For delayed mailed due to USPS operations you could submit a 'Help Request Form' found at this link https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Please scroll down to Option # 2 which is the Help Request Form.

The USPS will respond, and a Help Request will often 'trigger' the release of mail that could be detained along the way. The senders address is not required to complete the form, however, feel free to send me a message for further assistance.

Your mail may slow down because the USPS lengthened its “service standards" or the amount of time it says it should take for a piece of mail to get delivered.

Ordering multiple yardages on Etsy is a 2-step process. First, select 1-yard from the length drop-down menu. Second, select the desired quantity from the quantity drop-down menu. If using the Etsy APP or ordering from a smart device (phone), the 1-yard must be added to the cart first. Once in the cart, the desired quantity can be updated before finalizing the purchase. Orders of multiple lengths of the same fabric will always be cut in 1 continuous piece unless otherwise specified or the buyer sends me a message/note with specific handling instructions.

Quilting fabrics are specifically made to resist shrinkage & other wear & tear. A manufacturer may finish the cotton with softeners, stain & sun guard, & sometimes with a stiffener. These make the fabric look pretty as it sits on the shelf & protect against fading. Fabric is easier to cut & sew because of its crispness from the finishing process. Some additives will wash out, while others are integral to the fabric. There are numerous quilters' cotton manufacturers, & each has its own process for finishing quilters' cotton, which is why some quilters only buy cotton from a particular brand. All the cotton sold on Flowerbed Fabrics is suitable for quilting, but some are a higher grade than others; the price and brand name are key indicators.
