Hello dear and welcome to our shop!
We are Rony and Naama Krugliak, family couple of jewelry designers and owners of "Flower Rainbow" home studio in Rehovot, Israel.
We opened this shop with special emphasize on wedding jewelry and hair accessories for bride, bridesmaid and flower girl. Here You can find many types of wedding hair accessories like hair pins, headbands, vines, bobby pins, tiaras, crowns, hair combs and unique headpieces. Also, perfect bridal jewelry and bridesmaid gifts: statement necklaces, bridal bracelets, many types of earrings, brooches, tiny necklaces, jewelry sets in all colors, sew on bridal belts and evening jewelry.
We are working with different materials such as glass crystals, natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, handmade porcelain, 14K gold filled and sterling silver artistic wire, corals, rhinestones, gold and silver findings.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
1. If You are not happy with Your purchase, You may contact us within 7 days after delivery and return Your item within 14 days for a refund of the item price (less shipping cost). Tracking number must be provided.
2. The item must arrive unused and in good condition.
3. Please note, there is no exchange or money refund for personalized and made to order items.
4. There is no money refund for multiple purchase of the same item (more than 3 pieces). Only exchange is possible.
5. The shipping fee for exchanged item is paid by buyer.

Shipping
1. We are doing our best to send Your items within 3-5 business days after payment.
2. We'll ship only via registered insured mail.
3. All items are coming from Israel. Estimated delivery time is 4 weeks. The shipping to Australia may take 5 weeks.
4. Please contact us if You don't receive Your package within 28 business days.
5. Customers from USA and some Middle East countries please note, last time Israel Post doesn't provide tracking information after the package leaves the country. This is why all orders are shipped from Israel via our representative in New York, USA and USPS tracking number will be provided. All tracking information will be available in usps.com 4-7 business days after shipping date. Delivery time is 28 business days anyway.
6. We are not responsible for delay that occured by customs in Your country. If by some reason Your order is "held by customs" in Your country please contact them directly (we are not responsible to contact them).
7. We are not responsible for any import taxes in Your country.

A. Sure. We love custom orders and we are happy to make special jewelry for You.

Q. What is a price for custom-made item?
A. The price for custom-made item is the same as for regular listing. The work is the same work, the price is the same price.

Q. I need multiple items for my wedding. Do You have special price?
A. Yes, please contact us and we'll provide You discount code.

Q. Why do You ship 3-5 business days after purchase?
A. All of our jewelry is made to order. We need some time to create Your order with our hands.

Q. I need my jewelry urgently!
A. No problem, just convo us and we'll create it for You as soon as possible. We'll also provide You faster delivery options.

Q. Do you charge extra for rush orders?
A. Never.
