PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING TIME
❤ TURNAROUND TIME
-. Your order will be made within 3-5 business days after you place an order (not including shipping time). If "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" is purchased, the order will be processed in 2-3 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not working days.
❤ SHIPPING TIME
Shipping is an additional 5-8 business days approx. Please note during holidays and winter weather delivery times may be delayed, please allow extra time for USPS to get your package to you.
Shipping may vary depending on your final destination, weather conditions and cleared custom. Shipping time is from the moment we drop your parcel off at the Post Office until you receive it.
SHOP HOURS
Our shop hours are Monday to Friday. We are closed on Canada Holidays & Weekends.
We answer emails within 2-3 business days.

CANADA SHIPPING
We ship Canada Post, which normally takes 2-13 days for delivery within Canada. If you purchased the Priority shipping upgrade, shipping normally takes 2-3 days within Canada. These are shipping estimates provided by Canada Post. We never guarantee delivery dates as it's completely out of my control when Canada Post delivers your package.
USA SHIPPING
We provide Standard Shipping, Tracked Shipping, Priority Shipping, & overnight (1-2 business days). Our shipping partners are USPS, FEDEX & DHL Express. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, we are really sorry. It is out of our control!!!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped Canada Post Air International, which normally takes 3 - 4 weeks for delivery, but can take up to 6 weeks. We are not able to offer "Priority Shipping" for International orders.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES/FEES
International buyer is responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges.
DELAYED PARCEL
We are not responsible for delays with the postal service. Once a package has left our hands and is in the hands of the postal service, it is out of our control how long it can take to be delivered. We can only give estimates based on the average shipping time frame from previous experiences.
NOTE: We am not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS or Canada Post.
RETURN
If you wish to return your item, please contact us no longer than 72 hours after delivery. Let us know the reason of your returning and we will back to you as soon as possible. A 35% stocking fee will be charged as all items are Made-To-Order. This covers my Handling/Preparation, Packaging, Admin Fees, Etsy Seller's Fee, and Listing Fee associated with each transaction. I don't keep stock on any items and don't resell products. The remaining balance will be sent back via the same method of payment used when ordering.
Shipping Fees are not refundable and the buyer must pay for the return shipping. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no alterations. Refund will be submitted after return has been received and reviewed.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your Etsy account is set up with the CORRECT ADDRESS as this is where your shipment will be mailed to. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses.
Please do not leave messages with addresses, in some cases these messages are read after the package has been shipped.
If for any reason your package is returned to our warehouse for insufficient address or wrong address. To ship it to your updated address, it will take approx. 7 business days and an added cost of $20 (this cost includes new shipping label, warehouse fee, and administrative fee).
In according to this policy, there is NOT REFUND due to an amended shipping address.
USA CUSTOMER ~ IMPORTANT
Please allow us at least 3 business days from the moment you receive by email that your order was shipped out. We send all package to the US Border (Sweet Grass, Montana). When it reaches there, USPS will scan your package and the tracking number will be updated.
