For love; a story steeped in paper pulp, dried in the sun and sealed with a kiss.

Recently asked what our business goals were, this is how we answered:

We don’t have just one goal. We exist as a business so that this madly in love couple does not have to spend their working days apart. We focus our work in the wedding industry as that is where we got our start and continue to love being a part of the happiest times in people’s lives. We continue to find hope in our efforts to service customers looking for an environmentally driven company, knowing that each product we sell passes our message on to each wedding guest; amplifying our mission. Lori made her first paper in the fiber art program pursuing her degree from the UW. We borrowed the school's equipment to make invitations for our 1995 wedding and have not stopped (we did return the equipment).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Please contact us prior to returning an item for a return authorization and to assure proper handling. Proper packing material is a must on all returned items, they must reach us in original condition and properly marked or be subject to refusal. Credits for returned items may be in the form of a PayPal payment, a return to your credit card or a check. There is a 20% restocking fee on some returns, email or call us before you make your purchase to ensure a return is possible. All returns must be authorized within 7 days and reach us within 14 days from delivery date.

We are happy to accept cash in person, credit card payments online as well as Dwolla and Paypal payments.

Shipping
Most items in our Etsy shop are listed with the cheapest shipping option available; 1st class mail. We love this service for it's speed and cost. We pack carefully to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. We always insure high value packages. With UPS you will receive a tracking number to watch the progress of your shipments if you have provided a valid email address. USPS packages only ship with delivery confirmation, no tracking information is available. If the USPS delivery confirmation shows that your item reached your mail receptacle the USPS will deny insurance claims, should your package be stolen from your mail receptacle. Therefore we do not replace stolen packages that the post office has a delivery record for. Please do not provide a delivery address where your item is at risk of theft.

International orders are accepted but shipping options are limited and brokerage fees and duties are the customers responsibility. Delivery costs built into our listings only cover 1st class international mail which can take between 10-40 days to arrive worldwide. Additional handling fees may apply. Canadian customers, please visit here: http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html to view brokerage rates. We do not provide free samples outside of the states. For orders with a total value over $19.99 to Canada please be prepared for a $20 custom clearance fee. Brokerage fees of $50 have been reported for orders at the $200 invoice amount.
