I'm not sure what happened with this order. My first experience with this seller was very positive. I had to return this order because it was incorrect so I shipped it back on Jan 30th. I contacted the seller to see when the replacement would be shipped. On Jan 19th I was assured that I would have it the next week. I still don't have it and the follow up messages I have sent have not been answered. I'm dissappointed because it was a Valentine's Day gift for my daughter, which has now passed. If there is some emergency affecting the shipment of the order, I would understand that. Everyone has things that come up. I just ask that I be kept informed. Because of all of the positive feedback this seller gets, I have to assume that mine is an isolated case.
