Items can be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase if in unwashed and unworn condition. You will be issued a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. If the item is found to be defective, you will receive a shipping refund as well. All refunds will be issued after the items are received by us. Please read our warranty below for information on defective products. All sales are final on items personalized with a child's name or nickname as well as on items marked "factory second".

We only accept Paypal at this time. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please let us know ASAP and we will refund your payment through Paypal.

We charge actual shipping cost on all domestic and international orders. All products ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority or USPS International Airmail. In stock items will usually ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. If your order is placed during a very large stocking, please allow a few extra days for your order to ship. For custom and semi-custom items, please allow 2-3 weeks for the items to be completed. All domestic orders include Delivery Confirmation when shipped via the USPS. Insurance on USPS packages is optional and must be purchased if desired. Please note: We frequently use a private company to insure our packages and in those cases the envelope will NOT be stamped "INSURED" by the United States Postal Service. Our shipping center follows all rules and laws set forth by the United States Postal Service. If you are an international customer, please be aware of the possibility of custom fees before placing your order. If you are overcharged for shipping on an international package, you will be refunded the difference.

Our warranty for diapering items is as follows and is valid for ORIGINAL owners only:

* Any snap repairs needed within 1 month of the purchase date will be covered in full by Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC. You will be reimbursed for any shipping charges and the snaps will be repaired for free. If snap repairs are needed more than 1 month after the purchase date, Made By Mom Baby Co., LLC will repair the snap for free, but you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. You will receive an invoice for the return shipping charges when the item has been repaired and your item will ship once invoice has been paid.

* Any repairs relating to the construction of the diaper will be covered in full us for up to 3 months from the purchase date.
