Great customer service and the best part was receiving the earrings since they are beautiful. A perfect gift for a friend and now I want a pair for myself! Thank-you.

Additional policies and FAQs
Warranty/guarantee
Repairs deemed to be required as a result of the manufacturing process will be done without labour or material charges within one year of the date of purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping fees.

Ring sizing:
Each ring is hand-made in the specific size ordered. Most jewellery stores will help you determine your ring size free of charge. If re-sizing is required, please contact me to arrange. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Re-sizing will be done for a nominal fee, the specific costs will depend on the specific ring.

Blackening/oxidation:
I offer blackening/oxidation as a finishing option for most silver pieces. Oxidation is a natural process for blackening metal which involves the metal reacting with other elements. The oxidation is only on the surface of the metal, so it may eventually fade with wear.
