if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within two days of receiving your item, and we can work together to come to a conclusion. refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis, if the item is returned in its original condition within one week. thank you!

i accept paypal and rme (please select "other" and let me know so i can send you an invoice). if you would like to pay with a credit card, please select "paypal" and follow the instructions (you do not need your own paypal account). once payment has cleared (e-checks may take several days), i will ship your package out within 2 post office (aka monday - saturday) days!

non-payment: if you do not pay for your item immediately after your purchase, i will send you a reminder in case you missed that step. if you are not waiting for a revised invoice due to a sale, i request that you pay as soon as you purchase the item from my etsy shop. if you are having technical difficulties, email me and i will attempt to assist you in any way possible! if you are unable to pay, please let me know as soon as possible so we can cancel the transaction.

if you have a coupon code you would like to use, or if there is a sale going on for the item you have purchased, please write down the code or mention it in the "notes to seller" section when you purchase the item, and i will send you a revised invoice for you to pay. thank you for your patience!

i will ship to whatever address you want me to (as i know we are not always at our confirmed paypal addresses), so please make sure your etsy and paypal addresses are the same! if you accidentally forget to change it, please let me know. otherwise, i will email you to confirm which you will want me to mail your package to, and if you do not respond within 72 hours i will ship to your etsy address.

i ship my heavier items using usps priority mail and my lighter items using usps first class, but if you would prefer a different method i will definitely see what i can do! i also put insurance on items $20 and over, and delivery confirmation on all orders.

for international orders, i will try to send items under the weight limit as first class international, which is cheaper but does not allow for insurance. larger items will be sent via priority and automatically has insurance coverage. please let me know if you'd prefer an upgrade to priority to allow for insurance, in case some pesky pirates kidnap your package ;)

i always try to wrap up your items neatly and cleanly, on occasion with recycled materials (let me know if you would rather i didn't), to prevent them from getting damaged in the mail! if you are purchasing a gift for someone, just let me know and i will gift wrap your items for free!
