Welcome to Flutterbug! I specialize in making a variety of handmade items from changing pads and burp cloths, to bows and dresses. I am the mother of three adorable little girls (ages ranging from 8 months to 8 years), whom I love to make pretty things. I have a wonderful fiancé and a strong, supportive family. It was through the encouragement of loved ones, and the blessing of my youngest angel, which made opening Flutterbug possible.

Processing Times

Processing times are based on the item(s) purchased. Bows and smaller accessories can take a little as 1-2 days to process prior to shipping. Dresses, tutus, and denim fabric items can be 1-2 weeks to process prior to shipping. Please consider these time frames when placing an order. If you have any questions, please message me.*

Shipping Methods

Domestic shipping starts at $2.50 for all items, and goes up depending on additional items. All items are shipped via USPS First Class, and must allow 3-5 business days to receive. For purchases that will require a faster shipping method, please message me prior to placing an order, as overnight and Priority shipping rates vary.
If you are giving items as a gift, message me for rates on personalized gift wrapping.

*Please note that my order volume may also increase my processing times.
Refunds and Exchanges
First and Foremost... If you are unhappy with your purchase please send me a message explaining the situation. Refunds are situations based, and I would be more than happy to help meet your needs.

For items lost in the mail:

All items are shipped and include tracking numbers that can be used through www.usps.com. Items include a $50 insurance coverage courtesy of the USPS. All reports of lost items will have to be brought to the USPS prior to refunds being available.

For items damaged in the mail:

A photograph documenting the package prior to opening will be required, along with a photo of the items taken out of the packaging within 24 hours of acceptance. For this, refunds or replacements will be an option. All items are packaged differently based on the product. Generally, items are packaged using bubble mailers, poly mailers, or boxes.

Refunds will not be provided for items ordered in the wrong size, or colors not matching photos provided in the shop as colors may vary by screen.
