Shop policies

Last updated on 17 December, 2025
Please read my policy section.
I create my items from scratch with attention and care however every single item will differ and may not be "factory perfect"

Accepted payment methods

Paypal Visa Mastercard Apple Pay Klarna Gift card
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

My shop now accepts debit/credit cards so you can go straight through instant check out without having to worry if you don't have a paypal account. I also accept paypal for customers who prefer using this method

Orders will be processed within 5 to 14 days once I have received payment and any local duties, taxes, or charges will be the customers liability.

Delivery

I work on an order book basis which I fit this around my family/working life, therefore I have set a realistic dispatch time of 2 weeks.
(Some items differ depending on where I buy my raw materials from)

Please check my shop announcements for any changes in my turnaround time.

If you would like to receive your item sooner, please send me a message first to make sure I can meet your requirements. I have a speedy service available.

Once your order has been placed, paid for and made, I will send via Royal Mail. I use an online royal mail account and obtain proof of postage for every order sent.

All international orders will be sent using the tracked service.

UK orders will be sent standard, with delivery confirmation.

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a notification to let you know your package its on its way to you.

UK delivery is estimated between 3 to 5 working days.
EU delivery is estimated at 5 to 14 working days and anywhere else in the world 7 to 21 days.

I am not responsible for any delays at customs

Delivery time is not included in turnaround time.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

In the unfortunate event that your item does not reach you, I will send a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued.

Unfortunately, as Royal mail states a parcel is not considered lost until:

4 weeks for UK orders
6 weeks for international orders

I can not send a replacement item until this time has elapsed as I cannot file for a refund until then.

When checking out please make sure that your paypal address is correct to ensure we are both protected under Paypal's seller policy.

ITEMS DELAYED IN THE POST

In the unfortunate event that your item is delayed in the post, we will not issue any refunds UNLESS we have arranged beforehand an agreed arrival date and you have paid for upgraded shipping with a secured delivery slot.

Additional policies and FAQs

Commissioned/personalised orders - Unfortunately I will not issue refunds on any commissioned orders unless they are wrong/faulty in which case I will send you a replacement. Please ensure when you are placing your order that all details you provide including spelling are correct.

If any item arrives wrong/faulty/damaged I will ask for a photograph so that I can inspect the error/damage.
In this case I will send out a replacement item, a refund will not be issued.

If a return has been agreed, and you are not in the UK you MUST mark the parcel as a return. If this is not marked, any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.

AGAIN I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR DELAYS WITHIN THE POSTAL SYSTEM

If you would like tracking information on your delivery, please add tracking on at checkout
