Returns and exchanges
If you encounter a defect with an item, we will be prepared to negotiate a replacement.
Good reasons to request a replacement or refund:
- Item has a design or manufacturing defect.
- Item has been damaged during shipping.
Bad reasons to request a replacement or refund (which will probably be declined):
- Item is not what was expected - We endeavor to make suitable representations of our items being sold. If an items page was considered misleading, please let us know so we can correct it.
- Item has been damaged after being received.
All damaged items will require photographic evidence, and if we approve a replacement or a refund then any damaged items will need to be returned at the buyers cost. All replacements, however, will be sent at our cost.
Should a check bounce for any reason we will make contact with the buyer to negotiate payment. If there is no response within 48 hours, or we are unable to come to an agreement then the transaction will be canceled and the item relisted. The same will apply to Paypal transactions.
International buyers (outside the United States): Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

We will accept custom orders on jewelry and, if possible, photography. All photos that are listed are available in multiple sizes, but not all photos are available in large formats.
All jewelry items are hand made, and in most cases they are may be similar but they are all unique.
All photos were taken by us using our cameras and are printed by a locally owned camera and photo store here in Virginia.
