Although my prices are listed in US dollars, I am happy to accept other currencies, especially British pounds as I am based in the UK. I also welcome personal cheques from UK customers.

I use recycled and biodegradable packaging materials where possible. Please reuse the packaging if you can; if you can't, please recycle or compost it.
Your purchase will be posted within a week (usually within 2-3 days) UNLESS it is a pyrography item which needs to be specially made. For items which need to be made to order, please allow an extra week for delivery.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK will be sent carefully packaged and using a "signed for" service to ensure that the package reaches you safely. Postal insurance is included. To keep postage costs down I don't use a "signed for" service for ACEOs, but I always get proof of postage and in the event of loss or damage in the post I will do my best to obtain a refund for you from Royal Mail. If you would prefer your ACEO to be insured for an additional cost, please let me know.

PYROGRAPHY PENDANTS AND PLAQUES are sent with insurance within the UK, but without insurance to other countries unless requested. However, I always get proof of postage and in the event of loss or damage in the post I will do my best to obtain a refund for you from Royal Mail. If you would prefer to buy insurance for your pendant to be sent outside the UK this will cost $6.75, in addition to the ordinary postage cost.
