Most items are none refundable. However, I want to make sure that you are as happy as possible so please contact me and I will work with you the best I can.
In most cases there will be a 20% restocking fee.
I will not accept something back that has been worn or smells like cigarette smoke since that makes it hard to resale.

I work through PayPal for connivence for everyone!
I will not ship something out until everything is paid in full.
If you decide to cancel your order let me know as soon as possible. I am willing to work with you. I expect to be reimbursed for anything prior to the cancellation (i.e., buying packing materials, boxes, etc).

Shipping
I ship through USPS. I ship standard mail which takes up to 7 business days sometimes. If you live outside of the Unites States I will have to bill you separately for shipping.
If you would like to ship something different from this, let me know. I have no problem working with you. However, it will be at your expense.
I put standard insurance on packages but if an outfit is particularly expensive or if the buyer requests I can put more insurance on it at the buyer's expense.
