Anna Flapper Dress
The story of FoldedRoses
FoldedRoses is a genuine handmade collection with love. Specializing in dresses, garters, jewelry & accessories. It is also available specially handpicked vintage selection and upcycled creations.
I started FoldedRoses in 2010 and has quickly grown into more stronger identity as a flapper fashion boutique due to my keen interest in the Charleston era.
A little introduction about myself. Friends call me, Sally...the proud owner of FoldedRoses since 2010 with more than 2000 sales. I was born with designing in my blood. As a kid, I spent countless hours in the library and the bookshops of the art & craft section whereby I taught myself sew, embroidery, crochet, knit, weave, macrame, sculpture, paint, solder, etc. I guess I inherited the blood from my two aunties who are professional tailors. It was a natural step for me to eventually have my own handmade fashion boutique.
Whenever I design or sew, I need to listen to music to put me in the mood. These are my favourite singers.... Madeleine Peyroux, Minnie Riperton, Omara Portuondo, Melody Gardot, Diana Krall and Stacey Kent. My favourite designers are Alberta Ferreti, Valentino and D&G. I create because I love it and that satisfies me. Having others love what I do is really encouraging.
I am the sole proprieter of FoldedRoses at sunny south of France. I do all of the communication, designing, making jewelry, searching for fabrics, drafting the patterns, sewing, photography, editing, listing, packing, shipping, etc. My dresses need a lot of hands-on attention and I can't rely on unskilled cheap workers to do my job.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my amazing supporting customers. I am so grateful for being able to reach and still building a steady growth of followers and admirers after all these years. ‘Merci beaucoup’ for letting me do what I love.

Sizing details
For custom size, please provide your true body size and don't try to allocate extra inches or cm. You can also inform me your concern (example: not too clingy to the stomach, pregnancy, etc). All clothings are custom made even in standard size. Please check the size specification correctly before purchasing. Please don't purchase if you are not sure. Hence, no return is accepted. If you have any problem, please send photos as proof within 3 days of receiving the item not one week later.Once return is accepted, the price of the product will be refunded and not the shipping price.
Custom and personalized orders
I accept custom order whether modified my own design or following your design. Keep in mind that colors vary from from screen to screen. It is not good judgement as an actual color. In fact, this should be understood when purchasing from internet that the only way to be sure that the color you see is to ask for a sample fabric swatch if it is available or send your own fabric to me.
Upgrade shipping
All items will be shipped via normal mail at your own risk unless it is indicated. Please make at least 30 working days as allowance as it may be stuck in your local custom. If you want additional US$9 for tracking about 10-18 days, please adjust the shipping choice in the cart before checkout. Expedited shipping is also available in the shipping choice which are Colissimo France Post about 5-10days and FedEX or DHL 2-3 days. You are responsible to track your own package. Any unforeseen delay from shipping is beyond my control as I don't own the shipping company.

This boutique accepts payment through PAYPAL and Etsy payment system. If you experience any problems with making a payment please get in touch.
