Thanks for stopping by! This shop grew out of my passion for fiber and DIY crafting. All embroidery images are either my own design or adaptations of antique sources. Everything is produced in single or very limited quantities, so you can be certain that you are purchasing something unique. I use a lot of high quality upcycled fabric in my work too, so please understand that the exact same materials may not be available if you contact me for a custom order. I never use commercial patterns in my embroidery. My vintage items are pretty eclectic and usually have some type of handmade/folky element to them. I am always happy to talk to you, so please send me a conversation if you have any questions!
I accept payment directly through Etsy as well as Paypal. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I do not accept personal checks or money orders. I also cannot process any payments over the phone.
I am based in the United States and typically make my listings with US shipping rates only: however, I am happy to ship internationally. Just send me a quick conversation for a shipping quote. Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. If I do not specify otherwise in my listing you can assume that your order has been shipped either Priority or First Class. (Delivery in about 3 business days for each). I typically use First Class for lighter, less expensive items because they meet the weight limits required and I hate posting shipping costs higher than the purchase price of the item listed. If I ever use Parcel Post I will make sure that you are aware of it in the listing, and I will ship the item with both a tracking number and Delivery Confirmation. Delivery times for Parcel Post are usually in 2-8 business days, but the Post Office does not guarantee their arrival in a particular time frame. If you need a larger item right away and are willing to pay the extra shipping costs please contact me and I will adjust the listing with your new shipping quote and put it on reserve for you. I am always happy to accommodate you with any special shipping requirements you may have.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me and send it back within 14 days for a refund. The buyer is responsible for paying return postage.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you ever have any questions or concerns I am only a short conversation away! I answer all e-mails that I recieve in a timely manner. Please do not think that a certain detail might be too trivial to be worth making mention of : I would rather answer a question before an item is purchased than send it out and have it not be what a buyer expected. "Normal" business hours for me would be around 10:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night East Coast time. If there is ever a problem with your order please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback, and I will do all that I can to make the situation right.
I am happy to do all that I can to make my shop transactions as easy and pleasant for the buyer as possible. However, the buyer is responsible for a few small things:
1. Leaving a correct shipping address.
2. Reading all item descriptions thoroughly and viewing the accompanying photos. If you ever feel unsure about an item in my shop I am happy to provide additional images.
3. If your local post office is out of commission due to a natural disaster or other circumstances PLEASE CONTACT ME before placing an order. Unless otherwise stated in the listing I ship with USPS, and other arrangements will have to be made.
4. Contacting me as soon as possible in the event of a purchase cancellation.
5. Reviewing and understanding my shop policies.

If you ever need to contact me I can be reached through the Etsy conversation system or at mrichards7171 [!at] gmail.com. I do not accept phone calls under any circumstances. This is partly because it would be difficult to submit a record of the communication to Etsy if anything was to go awry with a transaction, and also because I am hearing impaired. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
*** If you contact me about having an item put on reserve I will hold it for 48 hours after I respond to your message. If you do not purchase the item in that time frame and have not made contact with me asking for an extension I reserve the right to release the item for regular sale.***
