Rest assured you can use my products without an worries. They get tested on a daily basis by none other than myself and my family. I only make what I would use.

I don't mind using up a tube quickly. Plus, the seller is very nice. She answers all questions promptly and ships orders fast. I will continue to buy lip balms from Folksome as long as she sells on Etsy!

Every item in my shop is made by me, in my home, with care and love. Just so you know, every item is used by my own family and friends. That's quality you can trust.

I go to the post office on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This is because it costs me money in gas, I don't want to raise my prices to cover this so....
If it's cheaper to send your package first class, that's how I do it. It may take an extra day or 2 but everyone wants to save a little. If you want priority and I don't have it listed that way, let me know and I will set up a custom listing for you.
Please let me know if I am shipping an item as a gift. I will pretty up your packaging. Otherwise it's pretty much bare bones ( again to save money, all the extras would raise the price of my products )
