There is no road map for a journey of the soul, so in 2008, when I was searching for purpose and meaning in my life, I did the only thing I could—put one foot in front of the other and wandered through the Hill Country of Texas. I took my camera with me and stopped to photograph whatever seemed significant to me. Along lesser traveled roads I visited small country cemeteries. I have always been fascinated with angels and the wingéd creatures of this world. They provided me comfort and a ray of hope. Less than a year later, I had a large collection of angel photos. Thus began Follow Your Angel.

Follow Your Angel has transformed since then and continues to grow. My sister-in-law, Jody, joined me in 2010, bringing her own photography and creativity. We are transitioning to Take Wing Art, as we now share not only angel photography products but have branched out to dragonflies, birds - anything with wings.

Wings are symbols of freedom and hope. Angels are messengers who bring comfort to those who believe in them. Dragonflies symbolize transformation. They both inspire us to take wing and follow our own path.
