Thank you for visiting my shop! I have been decorating cakes and cupcakes for the past 15 years, it is my passion. I'm so excited to have the opportunity to share my creations with all of you! My fondant toppers can be applied to cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more. Don't settle for ordinary grocery store decorated cupcakes for your party when you can have something unique and eye-catching. I can also create custom fondant decorations to match your event's decor. I look forward to helping make your party unique and special!

Orders should be placed 3-4 weeks prior to your event. I will ship your order approximately 5 days prior to your event, via USPS priority mail or FedEx. I do my best to accommodate rush orders (orders placed less than 2 weeks from your event date), with a minimum $10 rush order fee. It is possible that Expedited shipping will be required in order to receive it on time.

Please know that orders are not scheduled on my calendar until I have received payment. Even if we have discussed delivery times, I have created a custom listing, etc., the order is not scheduled until it is paid for. Also, because of the ever changing nature of my order schedule, I can only promise that a custom listing will remain available up to 48 hours, and can be removed anytime beyond 48 hours.

Refunds and Cancellations cannot be given once I begin production of your toppers, usually 10 days prior to your event.

I take great care in packaging each item, and therefore, I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If breakage does occur, it may be possible to "glue" fondant pieces back together with a very small amount of water.

I will not be responsible for orders that are lost during transit, and/or not delivered on time because of being mishandled, delayed, or improperly routed by the USPS, FedEx, or UPS. I will not be responsible for delivery delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, etc.
Payment
Fondant Fantasy accepts credit cards and PayPal. Please note that payments made by electronic check require up to 10 business days for processing before the sale is complete.

Orders and Custom Orders will not be scheduled on my calendar or produced until full payment has been made. Custom and Private listings should be paid for as soon as possible in order to confirm a space on my calendar. I cannot guarantee that I will still have availability if custom/private listings are not purchased within 24 hours.

When making a purchase you will be required to provide your preferred "Receive By" date. The "receive by" date should be at least add 2-3 days prior to your actual event date. I also request that you provide your event date in the note to seller section during checkout so that I can make sure that your order gets shipped in a timely manner.
Shipping
I will ship your order, via USPS priority mail, or FedEx Ground/Express if preferred, approximately 5 days prior to your event. If an event date isn't provided, I will ship orders to arrive by the "Recieve By" that is required to be selected when making a purchase, or the date provided to me for custom orders. I go by the United States Postal Service’s estimated times for delivery when shipping Priority Mail packages.

Shipping delays are always a possibility, so orders may not arrive exactly on the "Receive By" date. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to provide at least 2-3 days of cushion between your "Receive By" date and your actual event date. If your noted "Receive By" date falls on a Sunday or Federal holiday, I will ship your package to be delivered by the next delivery day available, unless you have contacted me beforehand, and I agree that I am able to ship it to arrive prior to the original date selected. Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-3 days, but can take longer, so please keep this in mind when selecting your preferred "Receive By" date. Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery times. If you prefer a guaranteed shipping method, please contact me for shipping options.

Rush Orders will ship via Priority Mail unless you specify that you prefer a guaranteed delivery method. Priority mail is usually delivered within 2-3 days, but is not guaranteed. FedEx can take 1-4 days, depending on the shipping option chosen.

I will not be responsible for orders that are not delivered on time because of being mishandled or improperly routed by the carrier. I will not be responsible for delivery delays due to bad weather or natural disasters. Arrangements can be made if a guaranteed method of shipping is requested (e.g. USPS Express Mail, UPS or FedEx). Even with a guaranteed delivery option, delays can occur, and are out of my control.

Additional policies and FAQs
Fondant Storage - Fondant decorations should be stored at room temperature, in a dry, dark place. Fondant toppers should not be frozen or refrigerated because condensation will cause the fondant to become wet and sticky. Fondant should not be stored in direct sunlight and artificial light, as the colors will fade very quickly. Toppers allowed to sit in heat for an extended period of time may warp or soften. If the fondant warps, the toppers may be place on a flat surface and allowed to air dry and flatten.

When submitting a picture to me for color matching purposes, please note that color variations from computer to computer can vary greatly. Please understand that I do my very best to duplicate colors as closely as possible. I will not be responsible for colors that are not an exact match.
