5. Buyers from US, AUSTRALIA, NORWAY & NEW ZEALAND need not worry about the import tax or duty. Etsy will include the tax in the buyer's total and remit to the tax authorities. I would also include a statement/receipt on the package for customs check.

6. I will not be responsible for item(s) returned due to incorrect address provided. Please make sure your address is correct before you checkout.
7. Under the circumstance where the item(s) get lost, buyer have the options to: (a) request for a full refund, or (b) getting a new one from me.
