You have 72 hours after purchase to cancel your order. After that we will process and ship your order per usual!
The average order takes 1-2 weeks before shipment. This is a time estimate based off of the following ;

Size of your order
Orders ahead of yours
Your need by date

If no need by date is given, we process our orders in by the date of purchase. So please, make sure you leave a need by date.


International orders do not come with tracking. USPS does not track international shipping and has no way to track once it is out of the country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once an item is processed and shipped, it is completely out of our hands. We are not responsible for USPS. All US orders come with a tracking number once your label has been printed.

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen or damaged while in the hands of the postal service we will not offer a refund. Please take it up with your local USPS office.

If we do not receive a need by date from you and your order is processed and shipped on time from our end, we do not offer a refund if it is delivered to you past your event date. We ask that we ALWAYS give a need by date and that you read our policies ahead of time.

If you receive your package and are not pleased with our work, please contact us and we will work something out with you.

Once an item has been shipped, we can not control when it reaches customs / how long it is processed through customs. We do not offer refunds on any international orders unless you are not pleased with the physical item.
